QT and Head Trauma, a Housecall

Not long ago during a QT session focussing on some arthritic shoulders of a favorite client, I happened to mention to her that I thought that Quantum Touch and Reiki were not only good for chronic issues like hers but particularly powerful in first aid situations.

I wasn't sure why I told her that until a bit later.

Not more than a handful of hours after leaving from her appointment the client calls me. She said she had been on her way to the emergency room because she had hit her head. Two miles into the drive to the hospital she told her husband to turn around and go back home. She wanted to call me instead. She remembered what  I said about first aid.

Gulp.

I asked all the pertinent medical questions of course, and told her I would be right over. When I got to her home she was visibly shaken. Her breathing was fast, her pulse elevated. She was talking excitedly and was distracted and concerned and a little nauseated. She had stood up into an open cabinet door. There was an open slightly bloody wound, but it did not appear to need stitches. She had deep throbbing pain and some dizziness.

The "traditionalist" that still resides within me somewhere was screaming to put the woman back in the car and get her to the ER. The angels assured me everything was going to be fine. Who to listen to?

I chose the angels.

We sat together on her bed and I held my hands around her head. Archangel Michael and Raphael were nearby. This situation clearly called for the Yin type of Quantum Touch...the quiet receptive space that creates the possibility for healing. I could feel the pulsing vibrations of her head pain emanating out of her, without even touching her directly. I went into that place inside of my head, the core space, focusing on my own pineal gland and opened myself up to the possibility and wonder of healing. No forcing, no making, no doing...just allowing.

In a matter of about 10 minutes the sharp, dagger-like visual forms and pulsating waves of pain I sensed from her just stopped completely. I dropped my hands and said, "I think we are finished."

My friend opened her eyes and blinked a couple of times. "Its gone. Its GONE. Every bit of pain is completely gone." She stood up. "I am not dizzy. I feel fine. I feel more than fine. I feel wonderful."

I love it when this happens. Calmly she walked me to the door and I gave her a hug and told her to call me in the morning. When she did, I expected her to say she was a little sore but much better. When we did speak, she actually told me that the pain disappeared so completely she had forgotten the whole incident when she woke up in the morning and she hadn't felt a pinch of residual pain, at all, and the skin was barely inflamed around the wound. She told me even more days later she never felt a bit of pain after our session despite the small lump and cut.

This healing skill is available to everyone, by the way. Its not a special talent. Its a birthright.

The White Rose

When you see a white rose pinned to the door of a room on the maternity ward of a hospital, it means the mother's child has either been born still or died shortly after birth. Sometimes the parents and family are inside the room, holding and loving their child, or children, and are waiting for the last breath to be be taken.
Some rooms are filled to capacity with family and friends. Some, only the mother perhaps. Some rooms, only the child. The rooms can be hushed and reverent or filled with loud emotion, occasionally both.

Every room, however, has the grace and presence of a multitude of angels. They are there for the baby, the family and they are there for me too.

Angel Poem Dream

Just when I think dreaming is as interesting as it can get, it gets even more interesting.

As I closed my eyes to sleep last night I was thinking about the very first angel visitation I ever had that happened many years ago. Over the course of several weeks an angel who looked an awful lot like Phil Collins came to me once in my awake state and then subsequently only in the dreamscape. He recited a very long poem to me over and over again in a dream I was to have repeatedly over several weeks. It took me a quite a while to be able to remember every line of the poem but I finally did. It was told to me in my dream but it was really a message for a dying man. A man whom I barely knew.

I wondered about that experience as I prepared for sleep. Would I ever hear another poem from an angel in my dreams? What kind of message would it be if I did? And why was I the messenger for that angel of years ago? Why didn't he just speak to the dying man directly?

Wondering became an angelic invitation it seems. In my dream from which I just awoke a group of bright light beings came and stood before me in a radiant semi circle. With lovely melodic voices together they recited, actually they almost sung the following:

Life is a glorious opportunity for humans to "do" and "be"
Your world of Dreams is much closer to God and His Reality.
Angels can be found in both places as you well know
We remain by your side always, whether you stay or go.

I hope I got all the words right. I also hope they come back. I rather enjoyed the whole experience.

As to the reason why the angel of long ago came to me rather than the dying man? I actually was given that answer quite a while ago by Lee Carroll and Kryon "Because you could hear and he could not".

Farewell Sweet Dante

He was our last little ratty boy. He was over three years old. In human years, that made him about 100. Many rats die of old age at a mere two years. Over the years we have had seven fancy rat pets. Dante was the oldest of them all.

He'd been alone in the grotto since  Cielo  died a few months ago. I took him out most mornings and put him in my lap while I drank coffee and checked email. I would give him a grape or a nut for his own breakfast. He was such a sweet little boy who gave many rat kisses and cuddles.

His health had always been robust until a few days ago. I wrestled a little bit about the option of taking him to the vet, but I didn't in the end. I didn't want his, and our last memory to be of a cold silver table and a needle piercing his heart. He was not in pain, and I actually had some ratty pain meds in my fridge just in case.

I basically held him and stayed with him since last Friday. Lauren took turns too. Each night when I put him in the grotto I truthfully expected to find him still and cold the next morning. Even this morning, I did not find him that way. Somehow he was still moving around,and I amazingly found him standing on his hind legs attempting to climb into his favorite hammock.  I put him on the hammock and went to make coffee. I was surprised he was still alive as he had refused food or water and had been getting so much weaker.

I was going to then get dressed and hold him after other chores when I decided not to wait. I took him to the sink and used warm water to wash his eyes and nose and groom his little head with a soft paper towel. I wrapped him in a fuzzy cloth and carried him with me as even in my nightclothes I gave hay to my horses and fed the dogs and the cats. I just finshed those chores when I sat down to re-wrap the little boy's blanket. He grabbed my finger gently,then groomed his eyes twice. He looked at me and then really stretched his whole body long, and gave a great big yawn.  He looked at me one more time and sighed. I held my hand over him and felt the shimmering of his soul detaching.

He was gone.

Dante managed to do just what his brother Cielo did, which was hang on overnight and wait to be with me during his transition over to the next world.

I had asked the angels for this gift for both of us.

Angel Question Explained

So a few weeks ago I had a particularly bad pain day. I had to cancel a very important photo shoot, and I spent five full hours flat on my back unable to move or do anything much more than breathe. I decided to try something quite radical. I decided to pray. Really pray. I decided to pray and ask for guidance from whomever might consider to help me. I memorized the Hail Mary and said it probably 200 times. I was relentless in my prayer. I prayed not for a miracle cure, but simply, the knowledge of what I must do next, to move toward real healing. I named every angel, ascended master and saint that I had names for, and asked each one for help.

It was a non-denominational prayer for sure.

I went to bed that night exhausted from the pain, the immobility and the marathon prayer.

Then I woke up in the morning.

I absolutely had my answer. It came in three parts and it was as if the information was downloaded in my brain directly. The first thing I was to do was volunteer for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. An organization I was aware of, but had no intention of joining until that morning. The second thing was to make an appointment with my family physician, whom until that morning I had basically dismissed because I had felt dismissed by him. Not in a bad way mind you. I love my doctor. He is very kind. He just never found anything he could fix in me, and I had concluded it was pointless for us both for me to return.

The third thing I was supposed to do was have a past life regression.

Hmmm. Yes, this is why  I am here.

Dolores' class this weekend has about 25 people in it. For three days we all learn how to do hypnosis, the Cannon way. On the third day, Dolores regresses one lucky student.

I had overheard several people make their intention known that they would be quite interested in volunteering to be the demonstration client. I did not offer. I just waited and watched.

On the way to lunch today Dolores pulled me aside and asked if I wanted to be regressed. She said she used to pull names out of a hat, but most of the time she lets her connection to the "Super Conscious" or "Collective Unconscious" guide her to the appropriate subject.

Me.
