I find the naming of horses very interesting. It seems that the owner would want to name a horse with names that empower speed, power, luck, or victor... but in the case of 8 bells... what was the owner thinking? Many people believe that the name we give ourselves and others, the names given to us at birth, and the names that we aquire through marraige and adoption have a lot to do with our personality and life path. Poor 8 bells doomed from the start? Or just a coincidence?
